#3 Living With Problems
Again we are Humans and we have negative attitudes which we tend to ignore.
In this post I will be discussing about the third most popular negative attitude which we all have but never realize - "LIVING WITH PROBLEMS".By PROBLEMS I mean "PROBLEMS IN OUR MIND".
Living With Problems means having mental blockage ie. being stuck in a particular "MOMENT" mentally or emotionally.
For example:
A normal average student who consistently performed in academics suddenly becomes a failure (here- by normal average student, I mean- a student who is self disciplined, wants to attain knowledge and knows his goals and does not go off track). So what was the reason for his sudden failure??? Well if this question is asked to a psychologist his/her immediate answer would be "MENTAL BLOCKAGE". If he has gone off track and selected a wrong path - then that is a whole other topic.
TYPES OF PROBLEMS:
MENTAL BLOCKAGE means - not being able to come out of a particular incident mentally. The reason this mainly happens to some of us is that :
+ We are not ready to accept the fact that the incident happened, and that it is a part of our life now and we have to live with it.
+ We waste time in "Thinking" why did the incident happen, blaming god sometimes and even find ways to blame our self for it.
+ We (sometimes) are not in the company of a loved one who can help, by listening to our feelings.
Even the tiny problems have a great impact on our mind.
REGRETTING: - Is a huge problem.
Regretting about the past "Today" will make you regret in the Future about Regretting and wasting your time that "Today". Hence don't waste your time regretting but try to make every second a memory which, (after years) you will think about and smile.
Solution:
The main solution for "LIVING WITH PROBLEMS" is - Try to express your problem to a close one who can actually give you a solution.
Here I tried to bring out main reasons as to why people live with problems and the reasons why they are not able to find solutions and also provided some solutions.
The only way one can find a way out of a mental blockage is EXPRESS YOUR PROBLEMS to a close one and the moment you tell it to a close one HALF of the mental blockage is gone!!!
